Request a technical diagnosis

Tell us what is happening with your system. WIP reads every request and replies by email with the next steps. The technical diagnosis (WIP Check) is starting at US$ 150, and nothing is charged for sending a request.

What happens after you send it?

An envelope arrives at a review desk, where a magnifying glass examines the system, and a document with the next steps comes out.
  1. We read your request and reply to the email address you provided, with questions or an invitation to talk.
  2. In a short conversation, we learn the context and define the scope of the diagnosis.
  3. You receive the scope, timeline and price in writing before you are charged anything.
  4. Once the diagnosis is done, you receive the executive report and the prioritized action plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give access to my system to request the diagnosis?

Not to send the request. Any access needed is agreed on later, with a defined scope, only for the duration of the work and with credentials created for that purpose.

How much does the technical diagnosis cost?

WIP Check has a reference price starting at US$ 150. The final price depends on the size and complexity of the system and is agreed in writing before work begins.

Does sending the request create any charge or commitment?

No. Sending it only opens the conversation. Any work begins after you approve the scope, timeline and price.
