# Software and infrastructure engineering services

WIP offers nine services in three levels: starting points to understand and unblock, engineering projects with a fixed scope, and monthly contracts to operate and evolve. Each service has a published reference price or is quoted after a technical assessment.

## Where should you start?

With the starting-point services. WIP Check shows the real state of the system before any larger investment; WIP Rescue tackles a system that is already slow, unstable or expensive.

Technical diagnosis

### [WIP Check](https://workinprogress.company/services/technical-diagnosis)

You don't know if your system is secure, if your backups work, or where to start improving it.

starting at US$ 150

Troubled software

### [WIP Rescue](https://workinprogress.company/services/software-rescue)

The system crashes, slows down, or keeps costing more, and nobody knows exactly why.

starting at US$ 470

## Which engineering projects does WIP run?

Projects with goals and acceptance criteria defined before work starts: deploying to production, improving performance and costs, preparing to scale and modernizing software.

Deploy to production

### [WIP Launch](https://workinprogress.company/services/deploy-to-production)

Your software works on your computer, but you don't know how to launch it safely and without surprises.

starting at US$ 470

Performance and costs

### [WIP Optimize](https://workinprogress.company/services/performance-and-costs)

The system works, but it slows down when it matters most or costs more than it should.

quoted after assessment

Preparing for growth

### [WIP Scale](https://workinprogress.company/services/scale-readiness)

A campaign, a big client, or a launch is coming, and you don't know if your system can handle it.

quoted after assessment

Software modernization

### [WIP Modernize](https://workinprogress.company/services/software-modernization)

The system still keeps the business running, but it's outdated and fragile, and every change is expensive.

## How do the monthly contracts work?

Recurring contracts keep the system healthy after delivery. Each plan defines environments, work capacity, support hours and exclusions. The table compares what each one includes.

## What are the commercial terms?

- Infrastructure, licenses, cloud usage and third-party services are listed separately from WIP fees.
- Each plan defines environments, hours or work capacity, support hours and exclusions.
- WIP does not promise absolute availability or guaranteed recovery without a validated architecture and tests that support that promise.
- Published prices are reference values in US dollars, converted from Brazilian reais; scope and final price are agreed before work starts.

## Start with a diagnosis

Before investing in changes, understand the risks, bottlenecks and waste in your system. WIP Check delivers an executive report and a prioritized action plan.
